"Our designs have now reached final draft stage, and so are going to be made available for the public to view and comment on via Orbit’s website. Our public consultation will take place from Wednesday 17th January to Wednesday 31st January via Orbit’s website: http://www.orbithomes.org.uk/publicconsultations.
Later this week we will be delivering leaflets to residents in the northern part of your parish, advising them of the consultation. I would also be grateful if the Parish Council advertise the consultation via their own resident communication channels.
This public consultation provides an opportunity for all interested parties to comment on the proposed development. All comments will be carefully considered by the project team, so please help us shape this proposal by leaving your feedback via the web link provided.
Once the public consultation concludes, we will spend a few weeks assessing comments and making any relevant changes, and hope to submit the application in March".
