Streetlights
Parish streetlights have a Parish Council label and are marked with a number. When reporting a fault, please include the number (located on the lamp post), the nature of the fault and the address of the residence the streetlight is located outside of.

Play Areas
The Parish Council are responsible for the play areas at Recreation Ground and Lavare Park. These are inspected weekly but please report any defects or vandalism that you may notice to the Clerk’s office or onsite Supervisor.

Road, Pavement and Cycleway Defects
Norfolk County Council Highways are responsible for any defects to the highways, footpaths and cycleways, hedges, trees and verges, traffic lights and road signs. This includes potholes, overhanging branches, damaged verges, broken curbs, road markings and winter maintenance. Please report any defects online via:

Dog Fouling
If you wish to report a problem with persistent dog fouling or report an offender who fails to clear up after their dog please report to Broadland District Council.

Fly Tipping
It is an offence to fly-tip.

Public Litter and Dog Waste Bins
Broadland District Council provide and regularly empties the litter and dog faeces bins in Old Catton. Please report an overflowing or damaged bin online via: https://www.broadland.gov.uk/info/200124/bins_recycling_and_waste/86/public_litter_bins_and_dog_waste_bins
