Have you heard of the Chances Project?

Chances is a new employability and wellbeing support programme being run by Norfolk County Council and Voluntary Norfolk in Broadland, and alongside a number of other partner organisations across the rest of the county. You can find lots of information about the project here, but in a nutshell we will be offering participants 1-to-1 coaching to improve job prospects, confidence and wellbeing, with access to volunteering opportunities, work placements, education and training programmes. We’ll be working with participants who are 18+, are unemployed and have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
